Client Services Agreement
Rave Builder LLC · Version 1.0 · Effective October 7, 2026 · Version history
This is the master agreement between Rave Builder LLC and the businesses we serve. It is incorporated by reference into each signed Order Form, which sets out your services, your price, and your start date. Together, your Order Form and the version of this agreement named on it are the whole agreement between us.
Schedule A, the price list for optional add-on services, is at ravebuilder.com/msa/schedule-a/. Nothing on it is included in your monthly fee and nothing on it is charged without your written approval first.
This is a different document from the Terms of Service that govern use of the ravebuilder.com website, and from our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
“We,” “us,” “Rave Builder” means Rave Builder LLC, a California limited liability company.
“You,” “Client” means the business that purchases services from us, and any person acting for that business.
“Order Form” means the document you sign that names your services, your fees, your Effective Date, and the version of this agreement that applies to you.
“Services” means the website, review system, messaging automation, tracking number, inbox, SEO setup, and any other work described in your Order Form.
“Client Content” means anything you give us to publish or send: text, photos, logos, offers, service descriptions, license numbers, and contact lists.
“Client Contact” means a person who contacts you, or whom you contact, through a system we operate for you.
“Platform” means the software, templates, automation blueprints, workflows, snapshots, integrations, and third-party systems we use to deliver the Services.
“Deliverables” means the website pages, copy, and images we produce specifically for you, as published at your domain, together with the code, markup, stylesheets, scripts, layout, and design that make them up. Deliverables are not the Platform, and Deliverables do not include your Client Content, even where your Client Content appears inside them. Section 13 says who owns the Deliverables.
2. How these documents fit together
Your Order Form is the deal: what you get, what you pay, and when it starts. This agreement is the rulebook, and it is the same for every client. You sign the Order Form. You do not sign this agreement, but by signing the Order Form you agree to the version of it named there.
If the Order Form and this agreement ever disagree, the Order Form wins, for you only, and only on the specific point where they disagree.
Every version of this agreement stays available at a permanent address, so you can always retrieve the exact version you agreed to. Section 30 explains how changes work.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter contracts for your business. If you sign for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The Services are sold to businesses for business purposes and are not consumer services.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at hello@ravebuilder.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Services
Depending on your plan, the Services may include a website, a review request system, missed-call text-back, lead follow-up automation, campaign sending, a shared inbox, a tracking phone number, and on-site SEO setup. Your Order Form controls what you actually receive.
Work outside the scope of your Order Form, including anything on our published add-on price list at ravebuilder.com/msa/schedule-a/ (referred to as Schedule A), needs your written approval of the fee before we start. Approval by email is enough. We are not obligated to do out-of-scope work. Nothing on that list is included in your monthly fee, and we will never charge you for any of it without your approval first. We may change that list at any time. The price that applies to you is the one in effect on the day you approve the work in writing, and an approved price never changes afterwards. The exception is a monthly add-on you are already paying for: we will give you 30 days’ notice before changing its price, and you may drop that add-on instead of accepting the new price.
We improve and change the Platform over time. We may substitute a comparable component or vendor as long as the Services keep working substantially as described. We will tell you before any change that materially reduces what you receive.
5. Fees, billing, and auto-renewal
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged automatically until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time under section 11 by sending one email, and cancellation stops future charges.
Service is $297 per month unless your Order Form says otherwise. Your Order Form states these renewal terms separately and asks you to acknowledge them before you sign, so that your agreement to automatic charges is given knowingly and in writing.
By signing your Order Form you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on the same calendar day each month, in advance, for the coming month, and to charge any overage or approved additional amount owed under this agreement. That authorization continues until you cancel and all amounts owed are paid. We email a receipt for every charge.
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file, and for any taxes on the Services other than taxes on our income. All prices are exclusive of applicable sales, use, and telecommunications taxes.
Price changes. We may change the monthly fee on 30 days written notice to the email address on your account. If you do not accept the new price, cancel under section 11 before it takes effect and you will not be charged it. Continuing after that date is acceptance.
6. Texts, calls, and email
We pay for these. You do not. Your monthly fee covers what your text messages, phone calls, and email cost. There is no extra bill for them.
For a typical one-location service business these cost us about $25 a month. In real terms that is roughly 1,000 text messages, or about 1,000 minutes of calls, in a month. Emails cost a fraction of a cent each, so they barely register. Bear in mind a text longer than 160 characters counts as more than one message. Those counts are rough illustrations at today’s carrier rates, not an allowance of a set number of messages: the $25 figure is what governs.
Most months you will be under that. If you go over, we still pay, and we will not send you a bill for it.
If your use stays high, we may start charging. If your texts, calls, and email cost us more than $25 a month for two months in a row, we may begin charging you for the part above $25, at what it costs us, with nothing added. Before we charge you anything:
- We will email you and tell you what your use is costing.
- The first charge comes no sooner than 30 days after that email.
- You may cancel under section 11 instead of paying it, and then you will not be charged it.
- We will never bill you for months that have already gone by.
If your use is extreme, we may pause it. If your texts and calls cost us more than $250 in one month, we may pause the texting and calling until we have talked with you. Your website, your forms, and everything else keep running. We still will not bill you for that use.
Until we send you the email described above, your use is on us.
7. No refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not prorate partial months, and we do not refund a month already begun. This includes months in which you chose not to use the Services.
This does not limit any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at billing@ravebuilder.com. We answer billing questions within two business days and we would rather fix a mistake than argue about one.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge properly made under this agreement, without first contacting us, is a breach. We may suspend the Services and recover the disputed amount together with any fees our processor charges us. Nothing here limits your right to dispute a charge that was not properly made.
9. Service delivery and approvals
We aim to launch a new build within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your completed onboarding form and all Client Content we ask for. That clock pauses whenever we are waiting on something from you.
A build is considered delivered when your site is live at your domain and your review, messaging, and follow-up automations are active. After launch, ongoing Services are delivered continuously for as long as your subscription is active.
Approvals. When we send work for your review, please respond within five business days. Work not rejected in writing within ten business days is treated as approved and we may publish it. We do this so a project does not stall indefinitely waiting on a reply, and we will send a reminder before the ten days run out.
We do not warrant a specific launch date. Delays caused by your response time, a domain or hosting transfer, a third-party approval such as A2P messaging registration, or a vendor outage are not our responsibility.
10. Payment failure and suspension
If a payment fails, we will retry it and notify you at the email address on your account.
- Day 1: first failure, we notify you and retry.
- Day 10: if still unpaid, we may suspend the Services. Your site may be taken offline and automations may stop.
- Day 30: if still unpaid, we may terminate the account and delete campaign configurations and stored data.
Suspension does not pause billing. Reactivating a suspended account requires payment of all outstanding amounts, and we may charge a reactivation fee of up to one month’s fee.
Before we delete anything under this section we will give you a final written notice and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data under section 14.
11. Term and cancellation
Month to month. No long-term contract.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. To cancel, email billing@ravebuilder.com. Your subscription ends at the close of the billing period following your notice, and you will be charged for that final period. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within two business days.
We may terminate immediately for breach of section 16 or 17, for non-payment under section 10, or if continuing to serve you would put us in violation of a law or a vendor policy.
12. Your domain, DNS, and email
Your domain stays yours. It remains registered in your name, in your account, at your registrar, for the whole time we work together and after. We will never transfer it to ourselves or to anyone else, and we will never ask you for your registrar password.
To publish your site we need to change your domain’s nameservers or DNS records. You authorize us to make those changes, and you may reverse them yourself at any time without asking us. Keeping your domain registration current and paid is your responsibility.
Your email does not move. Business email is provided by your own email provider and is not part of the Services unless your Order Form says otherwise. Before we change anything, we record your existing mail-related DNS records, including MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and any verification records, and carry them across unchanged. After the switch we will confirm with you that mail is sending and receiving normally.
If your email is bundled with your current hosting, moving your website away from that host may also affect your mailbox. We will tell you before the switch if we see that, so it can be handled separately.
13. Intellectual property
You own: your Client Content, your domain, your customer data, and your brand. Your tracking number ports out to another carrier on request. Nothing in this agreement transfers any of that to us, and nothing we do with it changes who owns it.
We own: the Platform and the Deliverables. That includes the website we build for you: its code, markup, stylesheets, scripts, page structure, layout, design, and the copy and images we produce for it. It also includes our templates, automation blueprints, workflows, snapshots, and internal processes, and anything we develop that is not specific to you, including improvements made while serving you.
Please read this part twice. You are paying for a working website and the system behind it, for as long as you subscribe. You are not buying the website. While your account is current you have a non-exclusive license to use and display the Deliverables at your domain for your own business. That license ends when this agreement ends, and the site comes down. Section 14 sets out exactly what you leave with.
Your own material is never caught by this. Your logo, your photographs, your job images, text you wrote or gave us, your license numbers, and anything else you supplied stay yours in full, including where they appear inside the Deliverables. If you leave, you take them with you and may use them anywhere. We own the build. We do not own your material inside it.
After six months, you can buy the website outright. Once you have paid your monthly fee for six monthly periods in a row and your account is paid in full, you may buy the Deliverables for the one-time release fee on your Order Form. On payment we assign them to you and deliver the files, and you may then use, host, modify, and keep them without further payment to us. The Platform is never included in a release. If you leave before you have completed six paid monthly periods, the website is not available to buy. Section 14 explains how this works after you leave.
Fonts, stock photography, icons, and plugins keep their own licenses. We will identify anything you would need to license separately in order to use your site elsewhere.
You grant us a license to use your Client Content for the purpose of providing the Services. That license ends when your account does, except as described in section 15.
14. When this agreement ends
Your site stops being hosted by us and your domain stops pointing at our infrastructure. Your license to use the Deliverables ends and the site comes down. Your domain registration is unaffected and remains yours. You may point it anywhere you like the day you leave.
What you leave with. Once your account is paid in full, on your written request made within 30 days of termination, we will provide within 14 days, at no charge:
- Your contact records, conversation history, and form submissions as a CSV file.
- Any Client Content you gave us and no longer hold, in the form we hold it.
- Your domain, untouched, still registered in your name at your own registrar.
What does not transfer. The website is not exported or handed over. Section 13 explains why: we own the build and you licensed it for the life of your subscription. Also not transferred, as part of the Platform: the CRM sub-account itself; workflows, automations, triggers, campaigns, pipelines, snapshots, and templates; integrations and private integration tokens; and our accounts with third-party providers.
If you were with us six months or more, you can buy the website. Once you have paid your monthly fee for six monthly periods in a row and your account is paid in full, you may buy the Deliverables for the one-time release fee on your Order Form. On payment we assign them to you and deliver a static export: the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and other media files, together with a list of anything inside it that carries a third-party license you would need to hold in your own name. You may buy while you are still a client, on your way out, or afterwards. We will keep your build available to buy for 12 months after termination, and we will tell you before we delete it.
If you leave before six paid months, the website is not available to buy. Everything else in this section still applies: you keep your domain, your contact and conversation records, and your own material.
Your phone number can be ported to a carrier of your choosing. Request the port within 30 days of termination and pay any porting charges. Numbers not ported in that window may be released and cannot be recovered.
Apart from the build, which we keep for 12 months as described above, we have no obligation to keep your data more than 30 days after termination and may delete it after that.
15. Portfolio and case studies
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your business name, logo, website screenshots, and non-confidential performance results in our portfolio, case studies, proposals, and marketing.
We will not disclose your revenue, customer lists, or any information you mark confidential. You may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing us, and we will remove you from materials we control within 30 days. Printed materials already distributed and third-party archives are outside our control.
16. Acceptable use
You will not use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or misleading. Specifically prohibited:
- Fake, incentivized, or solicited-in-exchange-for-payment reviews, or any attempt to suppress genuine negative reviews through the review system.
- Content you do not have the right to publish, including photos of work you did not perform.
- Claims about licensing, bonding, insurance, certifications, or affiliations that are not true and current.
- Messaging to anyone who has not consented, or to any purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party list.
- Any use that violates a carrier rule, a messaging registry rule, or a platform vendor’s policy.
We may suspend or terminate immediately for a violation, without refund.
17. Your compliance obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you give us to publish, and for holding whatever license, bond, and insurance your trade and jurisdiction require.
California contractors: your license number must appear in your advertising, including your website, under Business and Professions Code section 7030.5. You are responsible for giving us that number, for its accuracy, and for telling us if it changes or lapses.
Registration data. You will give us accurate and current legal business name, registered business address, employer identification number, authorized representative, and website details, and tell us when any of them change. Carrier and platform registrations for text messaging are checked against this information. Inaccurate or stale information will get those registrations rejected or revoked, and that is not something we can appeal on your behalf.
You are responsible for compliance with the laws that govern how you contact people, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and any state analog. Where we send on your behalf, we do so at your direction and on your representation that you have the required consent.
18. SMS terms and A2P 10DLC
Text messaging in the United States is governed by carrier rules and the A2P 10DLC registration system. Both of us have obligations.
What we do
- Register your brand and campaign with the messaging registry and maintain that registration while your account is active.
- Configure automatic handling of STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT to remove the sender from further messages immediately.
- Configure HELP to return your business name and contact information.
- Include your business name in the first message of a conversation and, where required, standard rate and opt-out disclosures.
What you must do
- Obtain and keep proof of consent before any number is messaged. Consent must be express, must be given by the person who owns the number, and must be documented with a date, a source, and the exact language the person agreed to. You must produce that record to us within five business days of our request.
- Never message a purchased, rented, scraped, or shared list. This is the single fastest way to get a campaign shut down and it exposes both of us.
- Honor opt-outs across every channel. If someone tells you by phone, email, or in person to stop texting them, tell us so we can suppress the number.
- Do not send prohibited content. Carriers block messages involving cannabis, alcohol to unverified recipients, firearms, tobacco or vaping, gambling, loans and debt relief, and adult content, regardless of legality in your state.
- Review and approve campaign content before we send it. Content you approve is content you are responsible for.
Rates and reliability
Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Message delivery depends on carriers and is not guaranteed. Carriers may filter, delay, or block messages for reasons outside our control, and we are not liable for messages that do not arrive.
If a carrier or the registry suspends your campaign because of content or consent practices, we will tell you and work to resolve it. Time spent resolving a suspension caused by your practices is billable at our standard rate, and repeated violations are grounds for termination under section 11.
We may suspend messaging immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe your use creates a risk of carrier blocking, registry action, or third-party claims. We will tell you promptly afterward.
19. Call recording
Calls placed to or from numbers we operate for you may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping.
California is an all-party consent state under Penal Code section 632. Where recording is enabled, we configure a notice at the start of the call so callers may decline or hang up. You are responsible for telling us if you operate in a jurisdiction with different requirements, and for not disabling or circumventing that notice. If you disable it, recording becomes your responsibility entirely.
20. Third-party services
The Services run on third-party platforms including our CRM and automation vendor, our telephony and messaging provider, our payment processor, our hosting and content delivery provider, and Google. Their outages, price changes, policy changes, and account decisions can affect your service.
We will tell you what we know when something breaks. We are not liable for a third party’s failure, and we do not control whether a third party approves, suspends, or terminates an account. Where a provider discontinues a service, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to substitute a comparable one.
21. Data protection and our role
As between us, you decide why and how the personal information of your customers and prospects is handled, and we handle it only for you. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you are the business and we are your service provider.
We will:
- Use the personal information you give us, or that we collect for you, only to perform the Services and for no other purpose.
- Not sell or share it, as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
- Not retain, use, or disclose it outside our direct business relationship with you, or for any commercial purpose other than performing the Services.
- Not combine it with personal information we receive from anyone else, except where the CCPA permits.
- Hold our personnel and subcontractors to the same obligations.
- Help you respond to requests from your customers to know, delete, correct, or opt out.
- Tell you without undue delay if we learn of a security incident affecting it.
We certify that we understand these restrictions and will comply with them.
You are responsible for giving your own customers whatever privacy notice the law requires, and for obtaining any consent needed to collect and use their information, including on your own website. How we handle information in our own right is described in our Privacy Policy.
22. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, review counts, call volume, conversion rates, or revenue. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your reputation, how fast you answer, and many things neither of us controls. No statement we make in conversation, in a proposal, or in marketing material is a guarantee of results.
Except as expressly stated in this agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We do warrant that we will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with generally accepted practice for small business web and marketing services.
23. Indemnification
By you
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rave Builder LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, penalty, fine, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from:
- Your Client Content, including any claim that it infringes someone’s rights or is false or misleading.
- Your violation of this agreement or of any law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, state messaging and recording laws, contractor licensing law, and consumer protection law.
- Messages or calls sent at your direction, including any claim that a recipient did not consent.
- Your services, your work product, and your dealings with your own customers.
By us
We will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless you from any third-party claim that the Deliverables, excluding your Client Content and excluding anything you supplied or directed, infringe a United States copyright or trademark. This obligation is subject to the cap in section 24.
Procedure
The party seeking indemnity will give prompt written notice, let the other party control the defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to it, and cooperate. No settlement may admit fault on the other party’s behalf or impose an obligation on it without its written consent.
24. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this agreement or the Services, for all claims combined, will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
These limits do not apply to:
- Your indemnification obligations under section 23.
- Your payment obligations.
- Either party’s fraud, willful injury to the person or property of another, or violation of law, which California Civil Code section 1668 does not permit a contract to exempt.
- Any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The fees reflect this allocation of risk, and these limits are an essential basis of the bargain between us.
25. Dispute resolution, binding arbitration, and class action waiver
Read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between us are resolved and it applies to both of us equally.
Talk to us first
Before starting arbitration or filing in small claims court, the party with the complaint must send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought, to the addresses in section 29. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days after that notice. Most disputes end here.
Small claims court comes first
If the dispute is still unresolved after those 30 days, and the amount sought is within the limit of California small claims court for the party bringing it, that claim goes to small claims court, not to arbitration. It is filed in whichever California county the law allows for that claim, and it stays there, including on any appeal the law allows.
We do this because small claims is faster and far cheaper for both of us. The filing fee is tens of dollars rather than thousands, there is no arbitrator to pay, and California does not allow lawyers at the first hearing, so neither side can outspend the other.
Binding arbitration for anything larger
If the dispute is still unresolved after those 30 days and the amount sought is more than the small claims limit, it will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Los Angeles County, California. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The arbitrator decides all issues except the enforceability of the class action waiver below, which is for a court to decide. Arbitration is private and neither party will disclose the proceedings except as needed to enforce the award or as required by law.
Injunctive relief
Either party may ask a court in Los Angeles County, California, for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information, without giving up any part of this section.
Who pays for arbitration
The party starting the arbitration pays the filing fee. If you are the one starting it, we will advance any AAA filing and administrative fees that exceed what it would have cost you to file the same claim in California Superior Court, so that arbitrating does not cost you more than going to court would have. You never have to pay us back those fees in order to bring your claim, and we will advance them whether or not we think your claim has merit.
The arbitrator may order the losing party to reimburse those advanced fees as part of the award. That applies to both of us in the same way: if you win, you do not reimburse anything, and if we started the arbitration and lost, we do not get our own fees back either.
Each party otherwise bears its own attorney fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
Class action waiver
Both parties agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.
If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then this entire arbitration section does not apply to that claim, and that claim proceeds in court under section 26. The rest of this section continues to apply to all other claims.
Your right to opt out
You may reject this arbitration section by emailing hello@ravebuilder.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of signing your Order Form, stating your business name and that you decline arbitration. Opting out has no effect on your service, your price, or anything else. If you opt out, disputes proceed in court under section 26.
26. Governing law and venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
For any dispute not subject to arbitration, both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and waive any objection that it is an inconvenient forum. This does not change where a small claims action may be filed, which is set by California law.
27. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure or delay caused by something outside its reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor action, epidemic, government action, utility or internet failure, carrier outage, or the failure of a third-party platform. Payment obligations already incurred are not excused.
28. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our written consent, except to a successor that acquires substantially all of your business, provided that successor agrees to it in writing. We may assign this agreement to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
29. Notices
Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account and are effective the business day after sending, provided the message does not bounce. It is your responsibility to keep that address current.
Notices to us go to billing@ravebuilder.com for billing and cancellation, and to hello@ravebuilder.com for everything else. For anything involving a legal claim, also send a copy by mail to:
Rave Builder LLC, 1442 Chico Ave, S El Monte, CA 91733
30. Changes to this agreement
This agreement is versioned and dated. Your Order Form names the version that applies to you, and every version we publish stays available at a permanent address so you can always retrieve the exact one you agreed to.
We may publish a new version. We will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect for you, and the notice will say what changed. The new version then takes effect at the start of the first monthly billing period beginning at least 30 days after that notice.
If you do not accept a new version, cancel under section 11 effective on or before the date it would take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date is acceptance.
Nothing in this section lets us change your Order Form. Your services, fees, and start date change only by written agreement of both of us, except for the price-change mechanism in section 5.
Prior versions: ravebuilder.com/msa/archive/
31. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. This agreement, together with your signed Order Form and our Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between us and replaces any prior discussions, proposals, or representations.
Order of precedence. Your Order Form first, then any schedule to it, then this agreement.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Survival. Sections 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 29, and 31 survive termination.

No third-party beneficiaries. This agreement benefits only you and us.
Electronic agreement. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic acceptance and electronic signatures have the same effect as ink on paper, under the federal E-SIGN Act and the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
